These terms cover your use of marketaccesslab.com (the "site"), run by Market Access Lab Ltd ("we", "us"). They are our own terms for using the site. They do not cover any paid work: if you engage us for a project, a separate written agreement sets out the scope, fees and responsibilities for that work, and that agreement takes priority over anything on this page.

It has a contact form and a sign-up form for regulatory updates. There are no user accounts and nothing is sold through the site.
Our articles summarise regulations, standards and deadlines as we understand them on the date shown on each article. Regulations change, and how a rule applies depends on the exact product, its markets and its sales channels. The articles are general information, not legal advice and not a compliance assessment of your product. Check the official source each article links to, or ask us for an assessment of your product, before relying on them for a decision.
