Three obligations that are live right now
None of these are on the horizon. Each one is enforceable today against products already on the market.
RED cybersecurity
Radio equipment on the EU market must meet Articles 3.3(d), (e) and (f), normally evidenced against EN 18031. If your CE assessment predates August 2025 and hasn't been revisited, that gap is open now.
Cyber Resilience Act reporting
Actively exploited vulnerabilities and severe incidents must be reported: 24-hour early warning, 72 hours to full notification. It covers products already on the market, not just new launches.
GPSR responsible person
Every non-EU seller needs a named EU Responsible Person. Marketplaces have moved from warning letters to delisting.

- Not a laboratory. Testing is done by accredited third parties, and we say which one and why.
- Not a certificate mill. If a product needs a redesign to pass, you hear that early rather than after the invoice.
- Not a substitute for your own diligence. You keep the legal responsibility; we make it satisfiable.
