Sub-processors

To deliver our services, Market Access Lab uses the third-party providers below, each with its affiliates, to process personal data contained in the documents and information our clients share with us. Our client agreements authorise these providers by reference to this page.

Our client agreements commit us to using only the artificial-intelligence model providers on this list for client documents and personal data.

Laboratories and certification bodies

Accredited laboratories and certification bodies receive client information only for testing, certification or filing work that the client has approved, and each one is named in that work's quotation before it starts.

Changes to this list

We give each client at least 30 days' written notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor, and update this page and the date at the top. A client may object on reasonable data protection grounds, as set out in its agreement with us.
